Rachel uses a variety of techniques including Needling, Cupping, Massage, Moxibustion and GuaSha to treat each patient individually according to their constitution and symptoms.  She will also explore a patient’s lifestyle and diet and can offer nutritional advice based on the principles of Chinese Medicine.

Rachel keeps up to date with current research and new techniques through a commitment to Continuing Professional Development, and is a Member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAaC) – the main regulatory body of the acupuncture profession.

Rachel does an initial consultation of 75 minutes to take a full medical history and understand the individual constitution of the patient.
