Whether using Reiki or EFT, it’s watching the change that people create in themselves as we use these techniques together, which allow old and outdated emotions and feelings to be released, letting them move forward in their lives with ease.
Eat a light meal or snack 1-2 hours before your treatment. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Schedule accordingly.
I practice a wide range of massage techniques, but I specialise in total relaxation (Lomi Lomi), lymphatic drainage and skin health (Brazilian MLD method) and natural non-invasive cellulite reduction (Maderotherapy).
Hydration is really important, both before and after – make sure you drink lots of water! To make the experience more comfortable, try to avoid gas-forming foods before your session
Crystals can be worn as jewellery or carried on your person and can provide comfort and guidance.
What kind of therapies do you offer? Acupuncture, although I may also use in the same session Cupping Therapy, Moxibustion, GuaSha (which is similar to Fascia Scraping therapy) or TuiNa massage (Chinese medical massage).
