This led her to pursue training in Sports Massage, where she learned to blend traditional massage techniques with the latest advancements in sports science.
Qualifications:
ITEC Diploma in Sports Massage and Anatomy and Physiology.
Postgraduate Diplomas in Pregnancy Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Cupping Massage and Indian Head Massage.
She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
